Refunds are not possible on our products. From the point of ordering, garments and materials are ordered. All of our items are custom made to your size and specifications. All payments made against your costume go towards the production process, on the road costs and business overheads.

You are welcome to cancel your booking at any time, but your deposit/payments to date are non-refundable. If you wish to sell your package to another person, we will need written notice of the party that the order is being transferred to.

Initial Deposit is 40% of the total value of the package you are ordering including Add-On’s. theres is a payment schedule:

40% Deposit until 1st January 2026.
50% Deposit Paid/Balance Cleared by 1st March 2026.
75% Deposit Paid/Balance cleared By 1st April 2026.
100% Balance cleared by 1st May 2026.

If you are ordering a stand alone Dutty Mas packages, this must be paid for in full at the point of purchase.

All Costume and Fun Mas packages must be paid in full not later than 1st May 2026.

IMPORTANT: All payment deadlines must be strictly followed to ensure your costume remains secure. You can log into your Playmas account to check your current balance. Please make sure that any additional payments are completed by midnight UK time on the deadline day. Deposits and payments are non-refundable and non- transferrable.

A private section is a brand within UCOM that manage their own production, collection of payments and are contractually responsible for delivery of your costume. UCOM are responsible for delivering your “Carnival Experience” music, security, food, drinks and logistics for the carnival day/s.

A promoted section is a brand/s associated with UCOM specifically to promote a section to patrons. UCOM are responsible for producing and delivering your costume, experience and collecting payments.

Please always pay attention to what you are ordering, generally wire bras that have more coverage from the side and underneath usually fit cleavage that are looser better, Wire bras that are more cut away or only grasp from the side are more suited to tighter perkier cleavage.

All our monokinis are made generally to standard sizes and body lengths if you are 5.1ft and below or above 5.10ft we wouldn’t recommend a monokini as there could be fit issues. items that come in 2 parts generally fit shorter and taller than average people better.

Masqueraders must ensure that options and sizes are inputted correctly at the point of ordering.

Body options are final and cannot be changed/upgraded once you have placed your order.

The deadline for size changes is 1st March 2026. After this time you cannot make any changes to your order.
